This project was a complete gut and remodel.  The garage had basic infrastructure like electricity and plumbing, as the previous owner used this as a living space. There was a fold out attic ladder and an unfinished upstairs.

Renovations consisted of adding a stationary staircase to the upstairs, turning the unfinished upstairs into a bedroom and closet, complete remodel of the bathroom as well as kitchen and bringing light in by exchanging the rolling metal door into a glass door as well as adding some windows.

The lofty , urban-vibe character was preserved by keeping the concrete floors, the  masonry wall as well as choosing a stark gallery-type white for the walls. The bathroom got tiled in modern white and black floor tiles with a distressed-looking finish.
